Just begging to fill my paper's on my HC. It's a lemon and Chrysler doesn't stand by their product. Sorry I need to let it out.

Any car can be a lemon, but let's hear your story.

I'll tell my story to the judge. I take it to the dealership and in less than 10 min supposedly they verify 6 different things, including the car that will not go into reverse. 10 min? Really? Dodge treat their customers like they don't want them. Even calling SRT, they don't do nothing. Approx. 10 trips to the dealership, kept the car in two occasions for weeks and I come back, and everything still the same.
I talk to SRT and they just say, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, but nobody fixes nothing. Buy a He'll cat at your own peril.

Rattle on the right seatbelt, really big one, I'm afraid I'll crash one day and the seat belt will not hold. RPMS doesn't stay steady by far, 300-500 cage when the car it's stready, clanking sound on the front, grinding sound when putting it on reverse, half of the time the car tells you that is in reverse and it stills in neutral and doesn't go into reverse and last it accelerate itself. You go 75 and let the gas go and the car keep going 75 by an example. It continues like in cruise control even when it's off at all speeds.

That last issue sounds damn dangerous. Let me guess... they couldn't replicate the problem right? Every state has different Lemon Law criteria so study up on that. There have been a few buy backs on this forum maybe one can chime in.

They could replicate almost all, except the one keep accelerating itself. I have 5 videos of it happening in my go pro and cellphone at lower speeds, but it's scary.
It's an M6 and I can respond pretty fast and press the clutch. But the first time it happen my wife who is an OK driver was driving the car and I was like, stop and she said, she was not pressing the gas anymore. I putted the car in neutral and that was it. I have not let her drive the car anymore. Special now that we have a 2 week old baby.
I think they should at least look at the iisue, but no effort. In 10 minutes they looked at everything and said it was ok. Very dissapointing.

I don't blame you for being pissed off. I would be as well.
That last issue is a safety issue. Too bad the dealership didn't accommodate you better. If I were you, I would let SRT and Dodge know about that dealership.
    Good luck going forward!

I just hanged up with Dodge, SRT, Dealer, everybody. They told me that u could sue them if I was not happy with the way they handle this situation. I was not expecting that answer.
But that's what I'm doing right now. I filled the letter for AZ and tomorrow I will send it to Dodge, and then do what I'm force to do and have never done, claim something in court. :(

I showed them the videos and everything and I'm told, I have never seen this, it's seems dangerous, but sorry we don't want to try to find what is it.

Something sounds very odd with all of this.

SRT said to "sue the dealer?" For what? The dealer is only a representative agent for the product. FCA is responsible and I doubt that they would not be taking action on a bad car. I have never heard of anything like this. SRT put techs on a plane to look at my SRT 392 audio system (along with several others in the area) and they are fairly sensitive about defects.

When a defect does happen, they have to follow a system to handle it.

    All very strange.
