The Chevrolet Corvette Stingray Is Too Loud . . . for South Korea
    [IMG]
The Chevrolet Corvette Stingray has a throaty set of pipes on it, especially once the baffles open and the quad exhaust does some real barking. According to GM Authority, that is problematic in South Korea. The country has strict engine-noise regulations, and the C7 finds itself well outside of the bounds of the law.

That may be enough to keep the Stingray out of South Korea altogether. GM could work with lawmakers to change the rules or get an exemption, but the market isn’t exactly hot and heavy for America’s Sports Car. Last year, South Koreans bought just 12 Corvettes.

Thats why I moved out of a Subdivision, HOA can kiss my tail lights. There was one HOA that had a rule that the garage door must be closed at all times unless a car was passing thru it.

Other point is why voting matters, it affects not only the laws but energy regulations.
