I've seen many different approaches / methods to heating up the back tires at the drag strip. What is your method in an M6 or A8?

If you have the stock tires....do not heat them up. They will actually become a little greasy and actually give you less traction. Now if you use a slick or drag radial by all means heat them up. I hammer it down and let them spin for about 5 or 6 seconds then roll out of it. Grip every time. Same method for both a8 and m6
