The numbers on eBay confirm what folks have been saying. The M6 is a hard sell.

Currently there are 25 M6 and 10 A8 on eBay.

That's because everyone thinks they are a professional drag racer now.

LOL... you got that right! Here in Florida they drive like they are NASCAR drivers... they aren't. Usually end up dead or totaled by the side of the road.

I can't say I haven't thought about selling mine and going for the A8. I'd just never be able to get to the track as much as I used to in my 20s now that I have a family. That would leave me in regret most of the time I drive it unless I'm flooring it. I'm sure there's not much regret for anyone when flooring the A8... Especially when racing a worthy opponent and you want to be sure you can crush them!

The M6 is a lot of fun but it does require a good deal of work and skill to drive it. People who are selling them are either finding that they want the faster track car, they can't drive the M6 as well as they thought they could, or it's just a lot more work than they expected.

I won't be selling mine. Part throttle, full throttle, on the highway, or going to my local burger joint, I'll be shifting gears with a grin on my face.

Maybe I'll get another Hellcat with an A8 if I can get this M6 paid off in a couple of years!

There were more M6 cars made later, people who ordered the A8 cars got M6 cars ( at least offered them). Some of the M6 cars were just picked up for a quick resale profit ( at least so they thought) The ratio of M6/A8 cars on Ebay does not mean anything

Cars.com shows approx. 200 Hellcats (2015), half are $5k to $20K over sticker, some listed as "not priced", most are M6 but a lot of A8 available. Also shows over 50 cars for model 2016, half of them with a $5k to $10K mark up, many are A8 or no transmission listed.
