Going through the dyno thread for Livernois, might have revealed something interesting.

Livernois Motorsports Dyno - 642 RWHP / 573 RWTQ (Auto 8-speed, stock) 20 miles Odometer
Futral Motorsports Dyno - 675 RWHP / 606 RWTQ (Manual 6-speed, stock) 878 miles Odometer
    Ignition - 665-671 RWHP / 606 RWTQ (Auto 8-speed, stock) 3551 miles Odometer

I think the Livernois Dyno'd car is comparatively low due to it being below 500 miles break-in. Also, this would suggest that, after 500 miles, the ECU opens up the car :). The other alternative is, as Ralph Gilles would say, "I forgot to turn the traction control off.". Also, weather could play a big factor.

Red line (Hellcat Red Key); Blue Line (Hellcat Black Key); Green Line (2015 392 SRT)

You can't compare numbers from different dyno's , it just won't be the same from one to the other, tuning tool only.. I've seen guys go in bragging what they have only to cry on a different dyno,LOL

I know guys that only go to dyno's for the number and never to a dragstrip where it really counts

Thanks for posting those, It's interesting to see the swing. My dealer warned me that I'd need to put 500 miles on it before it'd run at it's full potential. I wouldn't know, I put it in storage at 485 miles and have never used the red fob. I'm going to savor that flavor when I come home this summer. I'll be taking it straight to the dyno (after an oil change) to try and gauge where she's at now.

Usually $75 to $100 around here for 3 pulls.

image.jpg How about this one??! From DBR High Performance. I did go to their website and they sell racing gas. Sure would be interested to know more about this pull if any has info on D/A, gear used, FUEL USED, air cleaner present? To me the HP number is good, but OMG look at the torque curve!

There is no way the hellcat is making that kind of power, I recall they were not able to reproduce those numbers

It sounds like a manual transmission and if you listen to the video, it sounds like they are doing a 3rd gear dyno pull.

If that is the case, that's a 1.46:1 gear and not 1:1 (4th gear). That would likely explain why the torque # is through the roof.

Thanks for posting this info. Very interesting info and I think your premise is that a break in might make a big difference for dyno results.

No matter which dyno, this Hellcat motor is a Monster. What other car is even close in stock form to that HP or Torque and can carry 4 or more people?

What is interesting is that the Horsepower, the graph at redline is still on the incline.

Gear selection makes little to no change in hp or torque, could be 2nd, 3rd, 4th or 5th, #s should be the same
