Maybe try re tune on high octane fuel or e85 might have the octane level you need to fix pinging and make more power

I'd be pretty happy with the power you're making with stock exhaust and intake but the pinging would be a "deal breaker" It could be the fuel or maybe you need to consider "de-tuning" or "re-tuning" just a bit to be safe. Either way. I'd give you a thumbs up symbol if I knew how;)

It appears (to me, unless I missing something) that you basically have changed both pulleys (+ boost) added bigger injectors and had a tune done to improve power and the other "mods" are for reliability/safety and traction. That's why I'm saying that I'd be good with that power for those mods,
as long as the detonation can be gotten under control.

Lets have a serious talk on tuning, yea I know everyone wants that big number but at what cost? when I see people posting up 800 plus horse power on 93 gas I cringe, why? because you are at the limits and if anything is out of line ca boommmmm, there goes your 17,000 engine, 93 is different from station to station.
What you should do is have a least two tunes if not more, a real safe 93 getting 725-750 for the street and a hot tune that you can add a few gal of 109 or equivalent to the tank and have some fun.

Why push it for a 93 tune, do a 109 mix or even a 109 straight tune.

100% agreed . My car is a daily and needs to be safe and reliable on 93...I notified the shop that I heard some pinging so it's going back in to have more adjustments made to the calibration, if that means taking out some timing to keep things safe on 93, that will be the goal.

Just pray they don't turn down the sensitivity of the knock sensors haha

Do you have plans to run at the track with race gas or maybe E85 in the future? I'm curious as to why you would do both pulleys and run 93. Seems 1 pulley, stock injectors and 93 would be cheaper and get 750+

As far as the #'s - unless you got a before run to directly compare - they really are kind of meaningless IMO

Whoa!...you should NEVER actually hear pinging in these car IMO. They turned your knock senors way down / off. Don't go WOT until you can get back and re-tuned
