I pulled the trigger on the ARH headers and exhaust system today along with a new pulley. Baileys hyperformance here in Fort worth will be doing the install for me as well as a tune and clear reservoir replacements. I'm simultaneously nervous, scared and excited to see what she will do after they are done in the next 3 weeks or so. I will of course provide all documentation before and after the mods.

Now it's time for my brother in law and I to get together and decide on a tire and wheel package (he's in the business). Any input and advise will be greatly appreciated from you guys on what you've tried or seen that performs well and looks good. I want to run 9's up front and 10.5's in the back (he feels confidant that we can get 11's on there - I disagree, but I know very little other than what I have read here from all the good input provided.)

Now, when you say new pulley,...............what do you mean by that? Underdrive pulley?

They're installing a ATI 10% overdrive crank pulley in an effort to increase boost. Results to be determined.

Very cool and good luck!! Tune and pulley have been showing great results, headers not so much.

Keep us updated on how your clutch responds to the additional power.

Same thing I would like to do, but I'm concerned with voiding my warranty, so I am going to wait, until I am somewhat confident all of the bugs have been worked out.

Yes she does! Her customer service level, quite frankly, is disarming. I'm not used to that level of professionalism, nor that level of communication from businesses anymore. Really was an A+ level transaction.

Very cool! I am interested in hearing how it runs.

And nice color choice, you can't go wrong with the quickest fastest and best color!

sadly, the headers and exhaust did not arrive in time before we left for cabo. So I'll be dropping her off tomorrow for a week. Good news is we landed a 350 pound marlin while down there. Great trip. Not bad for my wifes first time out fishing!

Picked her back up last night. What a terrible 10 days without her. Final numbers after this round of MODS - 777 at the crank, 692 to the rear wheels. Have to say, I love the way she purrs now. Even my pragmatist wife is happy. Nice low growl at idle speed, but around 4K she sounds like a beast. The overdrive pulley seems to have increased the boost at least the 3% they were counting on. It's time for more rubber in the rear. Phase 2 will be just that: wheels and tires. Phase 3 - stereo. But I have to say, for a newbie to the world of muscle cars, I never thought I would love a car this much. First time in my life I've actually been terrified of someone dinging me or getting in an accident. dyno.jpg
