I'm already on my 3rd set. I just looked at them and I need new ones again, ASAP. Obviously I'm making a lot of smoke with them...it's fun and hard to resist. I knew that I'd be going through tires quickly, but not this quickly.

I don't necessarily need to get anything that'll give me better grip off the line but I'd like to get something rated similar to the Pzero with more meat. I don't need to go 204mph either.

Any suggestions on other brands that'll last longer??

Tread wear rating must be higher BUT if you want them rated like P Zero then you're going to get the same wear

If I get a higher tread wear rating, what am I losing?

Speed rating/handling the things you don't care about and traction which if you want burnouts that will make them easier for sure. The tire is harder.

Nice! How many miles... For the stock size nothing is going to be more than 1/32 difference from brand to brand.

I just noticed this is a brand new tire just coming to market. Maybe worth considering. NO reviews yet from owners but a few positive reviews online...

    BFGoodrich g-Force COMP-2 A S

I also personally like the Cooper Zeon RS3-S, they are cheap and in my opinion a great tire. The S is summer. They also make an RS3A but not in our size...

If I needed tires I would seriously consider those new BFG's...

It's been a long time since I've had anything BFG and then it was truck tires but I thought these looked pretty decent. I'm not sure if any Michelin tech. makes it to BFG but I can hope..... I keep looking so I know what options are available when the time comes.... There are some decent tires available but nothing stellar IMO..

I'll be very tempted to go with the Cooper Zeon RS3-S tires too. I've had them before and I thought they were excellent. Also, they are proper spec. for the car AND dirt cheap.... Treadepot.com tends to have really good prices on the Cooper.

Hey Rob... CHeck these out... $167 each, meet all the proper specs and $60 off for a set of four right now... They way you burn through them it may be work trying these out. They are not all season though...

I ran both the Cooper Zeon RS3-S and the BFG g-Force Sport Comp 2 on my 2010 SRT8 and would recommend either of them as replacements.

But if you're just going to burn them off again maybe go for the cheapest tires you can find?

The PZeros are on sale for $183 at tire rack, plus $60 rebate for buying 4. Only $20 more than the ones you guys suggested. IF they're all going to wear the same, it seems like the pzero sale is the way to go? Unless you think i'll get more wear out of the others...thoughts?
