The dealership you are dealing with might have not gotten any allocations in march for these reasons

Review the VON's to VIN thread for the last few days. A number of people are receiving VIN's. As recently as today. I received mine on the 25th of Feb. so don't give up hope.

My dealer claims to meet all the criteria, but I was told by the owner/GM no allocations were to be issued in March as per a "webinar" that came out yesterday.

He's full of shit. They still have until end of the week. If they do not get one it means they weren't high enough in Dodge sales.

he's straight out lying to you. HE didn't get an allocation, probably because he wasn't in the top ~500 dealers in the country without a stock order on the books.

Don't forget, the 1 allocation/month/dealer isn't for EVERY dealer that doesn't have a stock order on the books, they still have to have sold enough other cars to get onto the list. And my ~500 number is a total guess that seems reasonable to me.

and once again I'm too slow and this time Tannehill beat me to it (shouldn't you be working out getting ready for the next football season?)

It's possible he met the numbers, but just barely. Where as the other 500ish that got allocations had higher numbers.

One dealer told me after he had a phone call on Monday morning with FCA, it appeared he would get a Hell Cat allocation. Then a few hours later he sent me another email stating the following:

"NO dealers getting a Hellcat this allocation, nationwide. I guess they are just doing the catch up game, which is a good idea at this point."

Agree with bolivarshagnasty, some people are getting VIN's this week. But does that really mean they received a March "Hell Cat Allocation" or have they been left overs from previous months. This particular dealer would have fell in the Region that includes North Carolina. Not sure if different regions hear different information.

That's exactly what my dealer told me.

This may have been a strategy used by particular SRT Regional Reps during the conference call on Monday. My dealer seemed really excited he was going to get an allocation, then sent me the bummed email that I copy and pasted. He seems to be a straight shooter, and I got in line behind another forum member that had just received his VIN and went to D-status.

This will just be another point for forum members to argue and state their view, but I'm not so sure any of us know the Full Truth.

I got this note in an email yesterday from my small dealer,,,,, " I just saw an email saying NO HELLCATS will be scheduled this allocation, sold or stock."

Maybe if he used the word "accepted" instead of "scheduled".

From SRT Team this afternoon: I was told no orders being taken this month. Everything on hold. Dodge doing a review to determine the way forward. I have been dealing exclusively with a GREAT SRT rep and she's a bottom-line kind of lady - wish everybody was as "no bullshit" as her. Demand for car exceeded expectations and now they have supply line issues. Gotta be patient and be NICE to the folks on the phone when you call SRT. Folks well above their "pay grade" make the decisions and there's no damn use "shooting the messenger" and being rude! At the end of the day, the car will only mean more after you had to work so hard to get it.
