I was going to give F6F a bath and no battery. Dead. Muerto. I just called roadside assistance, I cannot believe this. Well, actually I can. 1400 miles and no battery. Great.

When we got our car, and hooked up a trickle charger, the battery clearly was partially discharged. I suspect that the battery was installed weeks ago, as most of the cars have been on a journey prior to delivery.

One thing that I learned with my E63 Mercedes - lock the doors when you have done driving for the day. The various electronic components will "go to sleep" and not continue to draw from the battery overnight. Locking the doors "turns off" the self leveling suspension in the Mercedes just for one. As you know, these cars are really computers with a body and wheels! :)

Some of the real experts on the forum may be able to corroborate.
    So sorry...

I always lock the doors as the car sits outside. Roadside assistance came with a 1999 Mitsubishi Galant and after trying the jump starter he refused to try with the jumper cables because he already closed the call. Really? I call Chrysler again and raised a little bit of hell with them/
Amazing. It may be something completely different. Maybe the car is messed up. I drove it yesterday with no issues.

I am guessing that the Hellcat motor takes quite a bit of juice to just turn it over! The battery in a 1999 Mitsubishi Gallant is likely to melt before the Hellcat would even think of starting! LOL

Is your Uconnect software up to date. There was an issue fixed in the latest version where battery drain was caused by something not shutting down (radio, amp or something). It's in the readme file.

Two tow trucks came to the rescue. Nada. Not even the interior lights came on. It is more than a battery issue. Tomorrow it will be towed to the dealership. Not liking this.

HC1...since I work at least 50 miles away, I have an extra insurance coverage with AAA (probably West coast)...its good for at least 100 miles plus). I would call them and tow it ( ask for flat bed) to the dealer..;)...plus I get to ride with the driver......then I'll hit them with the loaner car:)
