We got the powerstop break pads installed tonight and what a difference hardly any break dust at all! I cannot beleive how dirty those brembo pads made everything....stopping power is exactly the same no difference good product for the money 20151013_173331.jpg 20151013_163245.jpg 20151013_163256.jpg 20151013_231441.jpg

I put the armorall brake dust repellent on yesterday. We'll see how it works.

Just did the same, check out my new post also. New pads are the only way to go.

I put a set of the Z23 pads on my car a couple weeks ago. After bedding, the braking ability feels nearly the same as the Brembo pads (like 90%), with almost no brake dust.

Put the same set on last weekend; didn't notice any difference in stopping ability, granted, however, I don't road track my car, and leave TONS of room between myself and the car in front thereby minimizing most, if not all, panic stops.

After (2) weeks, I don't see any dust residue.

I'm opting to wear the brembo pads out first using the armorall repellent on the rims, then will replace with these pads.. Sorta hard for me to spend this kind of money on a car, just to replace perfectly good pads.. To each their own!

I tried it and while it is sorta effective, it really isn't.

Just did this mod last week too. Love the new pads. No more squealing OR brake dust! Also, like others mentioned, almost the same bite as the brembos, close to 90-95%. Luckily I did them now, my stock pads were almost all the way shot!

Glad you like them but don't kid yourself. The stopping power is not the same. Repeated hard use and the OE pads will out perform your replacement pads.

I'm knocking the product but there is no free lunch with brake pads. You give up one thing to achieve another.
