    Hey guys,

I know, I know, I am going to get some that will say why not just wrap the hood with a matte black wrap, it'll be cheaper and it will protect your hood Yada yada....

But I am looking to keep my hood and I do not feel like wrapping my original hood. I however would like the OEM satin black hood. Let me know if you are selling yours or have a good lead to get one....

    Thanks in advance,

    Amir

I would suspect, that after going through the agony of getting the factory matte black hood, not many will want to part with theirs. JMHO

BTW, Were you able to get the actual replacement hood already in satin black? Cost?

Yes totally! I was hoping someone wouldn't want to keep with the up keep on there's. But you are correct lol. It is the actual replacement. Except it is in primer black only. It has to get painted to satin black by the body shop. Essentially the Chrysler group sends out the same hood to also get sprayed by a third party. You do have to purchase the three bezels and the under hood insulator as the hood comes bare without any of the accessories.

The standard list price for the hood only is $1,070. As everyone is saying wrapping your hood is a much more economical. It truly is. But I want to have both options and all from the factory for sake of authenticity.

My problem is that I can't find anyone that will install the wrap.Even the dealership won't.
