Thought I would create an off shoot thread concerning TSB 07-005-15 REV B. Why? don't want to bore the post March 07, 2015 builds.

Anyway, we've seen the fuel rail, and the second clamp.....so, I was just curious what everyone is going to do about TSB 07-005-15 REV B. I have not had any issues with coolant or temperature...but do tend to stare at the temp more than I should..OCD...LOL
So, are you taking it in right away or going to wait a little?
New radiator issue.....I think most of would prefer a new radiator, but might be an issue at the dealer if everything checks out all right with the existing radiator. But lets face it, with all the stories, once the radiator goes were stuck.....any thoughts?

If the radiator isn't crimped right AND the tech does the check correctly(key point) it should fail. Make sure they have radiators in stock before you go in

B5, do you have any radiators on your list that failed after March 7 build? Thanks.

B5 would it be fair to say that "X" amount of radiators on cars built before March 7th are "bad" and "X" amount are "Okay". I am corresponding with my dealer already and will take it in regardless to be checked. The way I read the TSB and correct me if I am wrong is they have a tool to check for proper crimping of your "Existing" radiator and if its properly crimped your good to go..if not..new one goes in. Seems like a certain percentage of bad radiators got thru but not all of them for Pre March 7th cars.

I am probably going to wait a little bit. Mine was built Oct 14th.

I also have been talking with the dealer and they will not order a new radiator until mine fails. The issue is the dealer is about an hour away so I need to leave it for a few days possibly.

Is travel to have it checked, so if it fails that an order is placed. Then return to have it swapped when it comes in. Less down for you, if the seam check fails.

Mine was build #335. I have had the additional upper clamp added. I have not seen any evidence of weepage anywhere. I have talked to the dealer & I will take it in for the crimping test & was told only if it fails will Chrysler replace the radiator.

They say that once it is apart and it fails they do not put it back together until the new radiator comes in.

    I trust the tech (Dr.B)

OK but to slide the crimp check tool you don't need to fully diss assemble. But yup trust your tech I do too.

Looks like not all dealers are willing to place nice, or like the fuel rail, cannot order until they have had an actual failure...:):):)

I would like to see a poll of people who actually had an issue/who is going to have it fixed/who is going to wait
