Home made oil catch can, well kind of.
Tired if waiting on the BT can, ordered 3 weeks ago and won't ship until the 18th. Cancelling the order.
Taking the HC on a road trip down to Camp Lejeune so made my own, see attached. Helps to have been a toolmaker before becoming an engineer years ago. Have to rig up some fittings and it is good to go.
After have a catch can on our other Challenger and seeing the amount of oil it collected I deem them mandatory. catch can one.JPG

looks really good, here is a pic of a bracket I made up and modified to make a large oil separator work on my Shaker. I'll have to see what I can make up for the Cat when it comes :)

Not hooked up yet, had to order some fittings and black braided hose. Going to rig up some -8 AN fittings to get it working, change out when the new stuff arrives.

Hooked up now with some AN fittings I had laying around. Cost, just time I would have wasted watching Barrett Jackson. Now time for a 900 mile road trip!

I did it on the side at my company, love to sell them, but old school lathe and milling machine work makes it cost like a government hammer or toilet seat. Now if we had a CNC....................................

Have a great vacation and enjoy the cat

Wifie and I went on a road trip June-July last year mid south USA (were we met) for a Family wedding, then to mid west USA and after compiling close to 5,000 miles (in 3 weeks) decided to head north to Canada (home) all in a Hellcat,
