At 100 miles this went to to dealer for the leak. They said it was a bad filter that was leaking but I noticed it still leaked so I just dropped it off again at 500 miles. Now they are saying this is from the exhaust condensation run off and may be normal so they want to keep it over night to run and find the exact leak area. Huhhh ???
The oil on the floor pic is the leak accumulation from the first 500+ miles

Mine does similar. It is not oil, just exhaust condensation

These should help. Had my Charger HC in the shop for its first servicing today (3k miles). They attempted the enclosed described fixes. Will check her in the AM and see how much condensation I get.

I have had the same issues with my Challenger. Not constant, but I have cleaned the garage floor a few times. Look just like the pictures posted!

Let us know if what they did works.

Completely normal. Just some water from the exhaust. It's just a mixture of soot and water and it drips out of the weep holes on the mufflers.

I don't know if it is condensation. I thought mine did it more new after washing. Not too much lately, but looks exactly like mine and I can tell you last weekend I power washed the floor. All clean, it is not a problem.

Yes not an oil leak! Thanks everybody for the input. Sad that the forum is about 400 times more trustworthy than the dealer mechanics

Oh, no,no, you have it wrong. This is good and not sad. Always come to the Forum first. I started on the 300 Forum in 2007 right after I got my 300 SRT8. No better place on earth to get tips and have questions answered correct and quick. Saves a lot of time and money and you get to make new friends who have exactly the same interest in automobiles.

If I did not get on the 300 Forum I would have never done about a half dozen great and useful things to the car and may have sold it quick. Same with the Cat, everyone has helped me spend so much money the past three months, I have to stop now until next year!
