There is a 2015 Mustang 5.0 with a Paxton supercharger and a tune that runs at my home track in NJ, Atco.
It runs 10.6-10.9 depending on conditions at 130. My best stock with MT 305/35/20's is 10.8 at 128. The night we had a run off for Street Car Wars he ran 10.9 and I ran 11 flat. Both runs I 60 footed him but he caught me by the 1/8th and beat me by a car-car and a half. I want best bang for buck without hurting daily driver status.
My thought is ATI lower 10%, diablo unlocked pcm and dyno tune by HHP. Keeping the upper pulley with clutch seems like a good idea long term. I figure that will gain me 75 hp with a 93 tune and 100 hp with a 100 race gas tune. Will that be enough to keep him in my rearview?

I would think that should do the trick.

ms109 race fuel would help with 2-3/10ths
    it did for me
-purchase ms109 at a fuel company
-if u can take ur car down to almost empty say 1-2 gallons in tank its optimum
-go to gas station near track dump equal amounts of race fuel and say 93
if is 2.5 or say 5 galons then match it w reg fuel same amounts
-drive for 10-15 minutes to let the fuel mix and computer adjust and off u go.

***if there is to much race fuel compared to regular fuel then car will sense a problem and go into safe mode/ limp mode
ull then just have to drive it off worst case scenario
