Pinning the Crankshaft

    i started this thread so that every body that is interested in getting this problem fixed could come here for information on how to go about properly getting this fix made. any body that has a video part numbers everybody is welcome. lets get to the bottom of this it has to be fixed,

    bummer the crank pulley isn't factory key'd....FCA missed that one...I'm surprised it doesn't spin at the stock boost level...
    one question I have is; once you pin the crank, how do you ever remove the crank pulley if needed? I have done this on the 6.1 motor with the HHP pin kit and that pin is rightly so damn tight, you'll have to pound it in with sledge hammer and some....good luck getting it off....

    bummer job to remove the front end, too bad there wasn't something could be done with the stock pulley, where you remove the belt, get under the car and drill and tap a hole thru the stock pulley into shaft ( with a guide) and install a couple of flush mount grub screws, or something along that line.
