Is there a way to pop the trunk for passengers to put or get stuff? While you're in the drivers seat? Nobody can find the button, I keep having to get out to open it.

There is a button on the dash, 3 over to the right from the headlight rotary control. Car has to be in Park for it to work.

FOB button or button near the headlight switch. I remember when we did our first fill up of the Charger it took me a minute to find the button to open the gas door, lol. Then I was surprised to see no gas cap as on the Challenger.

FYI - On my 13 the trunk button on right side of the headlight switch cluster only works when the car is in park

That button is on my driver's side door just about the pocket on my 2012 SuperBee

This isn't a pic of a Hellcat but it's the same tech:

I really like that there is a tiny reservoir below the entry with holes to drain spillage. Never saw that before. Good engineering.

Ford F150's have had no gas cap since 2009. No cap on the fuel door either. They have a plate in the neck hole that covers the opening. There are tabs on either side of the entry and when you put a filler nozzle in it presses the tabs and opens. Fairly simple and trouble free!

That is the same tech that was in my 2014 Jeep SRT. You had to depress the guard with the nozzle in order to gain access to the actual fill point. Pretty basic.

My 2014 Ram 3500 Cummins is the same way.....no screw on cap and not even the cover mounted on the fuel door that the Charger has. It has two flaps in the neck that the nozzle has to push past. In between the flaps are holes to drain anything that gets past the first flap any other time.

Tell them to get out and hit the button on the trunk.

and on a related note, i just discovered that there is a second 12volt plug on the passenger's side today. i had been using the one in the consol for my radar detector and thought it was strange there wasn't another one. duh.
