Ok so my buddy and I are wondering and I can't seem to find it why do you have to take the blower off to change the upper pulley is it a clearance issue because it looks like there is enough room

Yep, it's fastened all the way through the snout.

You can just lift the front of the supercharger up to get to the 3 bolts under the snout. That's what I did, it was not difficult at all.

    Good luck

So your procedure did not include taking apart the windshield wipers etc...

Yes, you still have to remove the wipers, plastic cowl panel and steel tube brace to get all the supercharger bolts out. It is very easy, go buy a tool to remove the plastic push rivets, that's the hardest part.

Go on HHP's website and look under the pulleys. You will need a new belt, tensioner only has so much range of motion. I have an ATI 10% over lower and 2.75" upper. I run the 594 belt. It gives guidelines on belts, any questions call HHP, don't email them, you won't get a response .

is it that one or the actual throttle body gasket or both that should be changed when swapping pulleys?

Depends on the damage caused when pulling apart really. A lot of you guys have low miles so if you're careful you should be able to reuse the gaskets. As the year go on and guys are doing swaps with higher mileage HC vehicles, I would recommend new gaskets.
