Has anyone made one/have one for purchase?
I don't believe Metco offers one, although they should.
    Any information would be appreciated.

Contact Rick at Metco. I gave him the dimensions and they were going to make one. If you have a friend with a CNC mill you can make one in minutes, I have the dimensions.

The 8 pins have a diameter of .235" The bolt circle is 1.615" diameter. Most mills you can put the radius or diameter of the bolt circle in and the number of holes. I would drill .25" holes which would fit snug on the .235" pins.
