    Hi @all

I got my cat last monday.

I order the zoomers cat back exhaust for my A8 Hellcat on last Tuesday too.

On my old 392 the zoomers sounds really great. But i sold the car already last year.

Are there here some users with experiences, for sharing please, with the zoomers on a A8 Challenger Hellcat?

As i know, the new Zoomers version has no X-Pipe anymore - can you feel some performance loss on lower rpm? Or have this fact any other influences to the engine?

How was the active exhaust flap system solved with this system? Do you have some error codes?

    Thanks for Help,

    Best regards, Ronald

I have had a Zoomer's exhaust on my A8 Challenger Hellcat for about 6 months. I love the sound. I can't detect any performance loss at lower rpm. I also probably cannot detect any performance increase with it either, but I haven't had the car tuned yet. BTW, an X-pipe raises the power band while an H-pipe lowers it. And, I have had a check engine light because of the lack of active exhaust flap system. It was off for months, then came on and the tech at Dodge said the exhaust is the reason why.

    Hello KoolKat,

Thank you for answer. I love the cat after 5 days driving around more and more. I drove now 800 miles total these days.

I must keep my legal exhaust w/o additional modifications due our Homologation modifications restrictions.

After some research i found the solution yet, my new Zoomers have blind plates for valve installations. Got an infomail von Speedlogix.

I found some pictures on another forum too. This looks very professional and the clamp seem totally sealed in the ultra welded ring.

The plates from Active Exhaust Solutions looks not so professional.

On next tuesday my new exhaust is coming via UPS to me.

To bad.....tomorrow it should first time snowing here.

    Have a nice day,

    Regards from switzerland, Ronald :)

Thanks for the heads up Ronald. I will have to get that blind plate for the valve. You will certainly love the sound. This video is why I went with it:

Yes, before my Hellcat, i drove a 392 SRT Challenger with a Zoomers too - the exhaust sounds so good :) This is the second set from Speedlogix.

Some of my friends dindt know the brand of exhaust. Normally nobody sells these system here - that is the reason why nobody know the sound here.

And nobody wants to pay extra 700$ for shipping to our location.....i know its strange but that made the different.

I use the active exhaust solutions valve simulators and they work very well. My borla valves were squeaking and I couldn't stand it. Also I've been interested in the Zoomers for quite some time but cannot get a straight answer on whether it will fit with the DSS aluminum drive shaft.

Where did you get the active exhaust solution valve simulator?

It's the same Kit on the link in post #3. Made by Timmbo a member on this forum. Does your Zoomers drone at all? I like the Borla 95% of the time but it has bad drone at 1800RPM which is squarely where you are in 8th gear at 75ish mph on the highway. Down shift to 7th and it goes away but with the Cat I want perfection. Hopping Zoomers is the answer.

Zoomers doesn't drone, but sounds crazy when the throttle is mashed.

That is what I want to hear!! Just need to confirm it will fit with the DSS aluminum shaft and I'm pulling the trigger.
