305s will work, with the A8... Youre going regret getting drag radials for your M6 and track use...

Why are drag radials bad with the m6 and track use? What would you suggest and why?

StellasHC, I may have missed your post. Can you tell me about the 10.6 pass and what it took to get there? Thanks, I'm still bone stock.

I used the slicks I posted along with an Aluminum Driveshaft for safety... Otherwise, completely stock and at factory weight. In fact, I had my tools and my cooler in the car for the 10.62 run..

Thats a great setup. Ive passed my slicks onto my father as im going to use DRs so i can run in the pro class. They won't allow me to use slicks without a roll bar but i can use dot DRs without it. They consider slicks a mod so my car wouldn't be stock anymore but new rules say as long as the tire is dot approved its not a mod. Here's how they look on my dads scat pack. Wow, great run. No wheel hop with the slicks? I can't believe I missed your thread on the subject.

Very cool... I would look into an 18" wheel and that new ET Street R drag radial... DOT approved, but look like a slick.

0 wheel hop... the slicks are a must for the M6

17x9 if you are going to do slicks which are a must for the M6 cars... 18s will work great with a good Mickey drag radial on the A8
