I am glad you asked that because I am trying to decide myself. I was
    thinking about
Escort 9500CI Pro Radar Defense System
But I would love to hear what others opinions are. I haven't had one before and I feel my luck will run out with my new nasty bad boy Hellcat!o_O

Have 3 or 4 cobra XRS9970 g models (GPS) one in each car
I almost got a ticket coming back from Texas in the GTR just 50 miles from home. He lasered me and I let off just enough not to get pulled over you have about 1-2 seconds to react. By the 4th pop if I hadn't slowed to 75 I would have gotten a ticket. He knew I was coming there are road side sensors everywhere now feeding data back to the Man! The GPS Det picked up every speed sensor too so I could back down in time.

Yeppers, it prompted me to get one in every car asap...Time date stamp was off on Cam..Was in Tx 2013 Oct.... That's a 2014 GTR we picked it up March 2013 .One of the first 545 hp Godzilla's for 2014.They build earlier than we do don't they :)
That GTR was all decaled up too from the race in Tx I stuck out like a sore thumb 2000 miles home.
That's the wifes Daily driver ...I plead the 5th.. I wash it ,and drive it.
I tend to stick with my Mopars and such.
Hope the hellcat is close on the track cuz anything on paper is meaningless. Corners is where this big girl may fail sadly but hey oh well...Its not AWD like the GTR so Fingers crossed cuz I gotta beat this chick at the track next summer and she can drive..

Cool, GTR was the only import car I raced with my super bee charger and it was exhilarating.

I'm so not into imports been there done that .
This GTR is truly a Super Car it has no drivers limits...None the average driver will ever tap into as over 4000 rpm this things is a kicking mule and if your a driver that's where you'll be all day on a track.
TY buddy its the only car I'd allow in my garage with my mopars ;) Wife finally listened to me I told her to get one and she did just that !! Win Win! Its an evil game isn't it..
That was the Pres of Optima Batteries Car. He dropped out so we picked it up.
When launched in launch mode its 0=60 in what they say 2.7 seconds with warm tires :) I was impressed I thought it was all smoke and mirrors.
First Ferrari 458 italia I smoked was the best he had no chance off the line ...1/2 mile mark he was catching my little 6 banger though..Track of coarse!! You have no idea how it pains me when I drive it and a 392 challenger or charger try's to play around. Smart ones don't play... I launch.I look in my mirror and all I see is headlights way ,way back there.I remember when my 392 was stock barely once you boost all your cars will need a blower there's no going back.
That's just wrong, as I pull into my garage and there are Mopars abound looking at me...LOL.

Best of both worlds in a sense.

This Hellcat should be interesting, but I have to tell you the numbers just don't add up. I figure it more like 740 plus at the crank to roll a 669 rwhp drum number..Im not into big drum numbers. That better have been a mustang sae dyno they never lie.
Yep gonna need a Gps Det in the Hellcat forsure if they under rated this car.
Cobra GPs Det is around 250 and worth every penny when it comes to a 700 plus hp HC.

Valentine V1. Its an amazing detector. The direction indicators make such a difference.

My car is at the dealer tomorrow in NJ ! Then it's gonna be shipped down to me in Florida! I just ordered 2 Escort Passport Max 2's ! One for the Hellcat , and one for my Ford Raptor! After doing some research, they seem to fit best for my driving conditions, a mix of city and highway driving!

I'd like to see an unbiased comparison between the Escort, Valentine and Cobra GPS detectors.

I have the Escort 9500. I like it(no tickets yet and plenty of warnings)

You will get many opinions on which is better(kind of like automatic vs manual)

If you do a internet search, the two top ones are pretty much always the V1 and the Passport 9500. I had that for a while, great detector, i just upgraded to the Passport Max 2. I haven't seen a new comparison for this year, but i am sure they are still both at the top. You can't really go wrong with either one.

Too freaking cheap to actually own one, but I did use my brothers Passport for my 1100 mile trip home from API to OKC. The passport was good to me as I did not get a single ticket in that 700 RWHP car. With that being said, I will most likely buy a V1 to test the limits.
