Not sure where this thread belongs, but here goes....Got the replacement S23 ceramic pads, made appointment with dealer to install them...The dealer did the usual check-in, found the TSB for the amp update, got a phone call from the tech- (Mike-who is absolutely AMAZING-thoroughly understands Hellcats and Vipers- -knows them inside and out-is the only one allowed to work on SRT's- complete with war stories of replacing Viper motors that didn't have their oil changed for 40K miles and ran track!) , anyhow, after the brake pad replacement, and the amp update, he tells me that while going over the recall notices, he had to measure the seam depth on the side of the radiator tank, and mine failed. Probably one of the early radiators that have been discussed in past threads that have failed. Anyway, made an appointment for next week to drop it off to have the radiator replaced,( Mike tells me it's mostly an all day job- need to take off most of the front fascia and cross members,), I just wanted to make other members aware of this issue, and that there is factory mandated measurement to insure radiator integrity. Hope that everyone is as happy with their maintenance personnel as I am.
BTW- I can't tell any drastic sonic quality change with the amp update, but there was a BIG change for the better with the last one.

    Regards,

    Pat

Are you down in South FL? If so, where do you go for service?

It's nice to hear that there are some dealers that have quality service departments. Good luck and I hope all turns out well and it's fixed quickly!

My radiator replaced today. Started leaking at 5000 miles. Got it home to see another leak.

Is that New York Mike at Arrigo Sawgrass? He works on my Hellcat and does a great job.

I also had the latest amp update last week - not sure I like it. Definitely louder, but seems to focus most of the sound to the front dash speakers and exaggerates treble. I think the sound quality in the Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT is better.
