Like many people I watch the prices on eBay everyday and there are a lot of Hellcats in the $75+ price range but I am not seeing any of them actually sell recently. I am wondering if the market is starting to cool down on the Hellcat because the 2016's are coming out and the stock market pull back has hurt a lot of people who are potential buyers. It will be interesting to see who blinks first on ebay and lowers their price. I still stand by my prediction that next year as the 2017's start to roll out we will see Hellcats going for MSRP or lower and standing inventory on dealer lots. This is what happened with the Shelby GT500 Mustangs and the Z06 Corvettes. And if Ford comes out with a new Cobra or Shelby Mustang in the 725HP range, Dodge will feel the heat.

Wrong they do sell. 99% of them sell offline buyers and owners making deals around eBay to save on fees.
I flipped my extra 2015 on eBay first 48 hours it was up. I had 12 offers offline.

I agree with you, I'm seeing dealers still having 2 or 3 Hellcats sitting on the lots

Then why are the same listings on ebay week after week? I understand selling outside of ebay but then you would remove the listing. The cars I am watching ar simply not selling.

    Bubba,

You should wait for the Ford. Once Ford comes out and they start adding ADM then you should wait for another best thing.

As far as I know there's no end to it.. Just enjoy

I wish I had one! LOL I have two 2016's on order with two different dealers at MSRP. I will consider myself lucky if I get one filled. Dodge really screwed up on this one. Since the car is in high demand they should be building only Hellcats for a while and forget about 392, R/T, etc. This would most likely solve the ADM problem as well if there was a strong supply of Hellcats. I know Dodge can;t dictate what dealers charge for a car but they could stop allocations to those who are doing ADM and send the cars to those dealers that are MSRP. This would be easily monitored by Dodge using the internet and hiring a few interns to constantly call dealers posing as buyers. Just my 2 cents...

I hear what you are saying and maybe things are different for the Hellcat but when the GT500's fist came out I only waited one year. Then magically ADM's disappeared and supply caught up with demand. I then bought one and was happy. I actually got it for $1000 under MSRP as it was on a lot from a customer order that backed out.

Looks like Fair market value for used is around $68,500 for a M6 if I am reading this correctly. I know A8 commands a premium.

They are starting to come down. I went to a dealer that had a 15 TorRed A8 Nav Laguna, and Red Belts but no sunroof. They wanted $15K over and I told him I would take my chances on my 16 orders that have a Sunroof and Summer tires since that was missing from this car. I just got a call last night from the salesman asking if I would still be interested at MSRP. Naturally I passed since I might as well get what i want. So yes I believe for 15's for sure they will be coming down until they are sold out.
