rear rotors

    my rear rotors have some rust on the hubs....anyone else have it?....gonna paint them without removing them....very carefully, with a brush, black, silver, or gray? any ideas?....by the way my cat is pitch black....thanks all.....

    I would only paint the hats black. I would recommend taking the wheel off tho most high heat/caliper paints harden quick. It will be very hard to get a full coat on before it hardens not ta king the wheel off.

    I lighted sanded them on the car, used some tape to mask off the rotor and used caliper spray paint putting down 4 coats. They came out perfect!

    Yea, I did mine a weeks after I got the car. Black is the way to go for sure.

    I am going to paint mine this spring when I put the summer tires on. Just tape off and spray. I did the same with my 09 and they still looked good when I traded it last fall. I used Cast Iron Gray paint because I wanted the factory look without the rust.
