Only on remote start up? Sounds yucky.

    Weird.

Give me the keys and let me get the carbon out of the engine for you. I'm sure it'll be better after that ;)

On a more serious note, take it in and have the dealership look at it.

Use up all the gas in the tank then go refuel (best source you can) and add a couple gallons of race gas then run it out and hard. Limit very long idle times after cold start while you do this. Report back.

Its weird, the first time I didn't watch it but could hear it from inside the house It ran like that for 15-20 seconds and then started to idle fine, It's the 2nd time doing this, after 2 or 3 days of sitting with no use. I drove it to work and just tried it at lunch and It started fine with the remote start, I guess I'll get them to look at it, I'm pissed as the car doesn't even have 500 km's on it.

Update: Took it into the dealer, they updated the PCM, Note said: PCM Flash update available with one syptom being P1613 - Turbocharger / Supercharger boost pressure sensor / Mass air flow sensor. I haven't had any problems since.

My car did that one time when new.

Later threw a p code for boost pressure. Maybe the p1613, and no problems since.

Mine starts ok with the remote start. The panic button works, too. I know this because I've bumped them in my pocket and had the car start in the attached garage with the overhead door closed one time and had the panic feature blast the horn twice now. I'm glad the exhaust on the Challenger is loud enough to hear it in the house!
