Does anyone know if there is a repair kit or method to fix curb damage on the black stock rims?

PO and your wallet at the dealership!

But on serious note...most dealerships will have name of rim repair shops that should be able to clean up the rim (depending on how bad the damage is). Paint is thin on these rims so it will need repaired then repainted. If damage is really deep, repair could run as much as a new wheel.

There's gotta be a local shop around you. Doubt there's a kit that will fix rash. Temporary "fix" would be to lightly dip the area black until you can get the wheel fixed professionally. That's if the sight of the curbed area offends you.
