I noticed my driver's side window going up at half speed yesterday. Took it in the the dealership and they ordered a new replacement motor without even taking the door panel off. The Service Manager said he'd rather just replace the motor when the door panel was off, so they would just have to take it off one time.
They had the motor over-nighted and I just took it in and they did the swap in about an hour.
Side note: I'm pretty impressed with my service department (Lee's Summit Dodge, Lees Summit, MO). I get the "rock star treatment" and they really seem to care.
...and now the 1/4" auto up/ down when you open and close the door won't work. Tried the several "re-training" steps I found on line for older challengers (I could not find anything HC specific), but no help...

Turns out that the module that controls the specific drivers side door module had to be "re-trained" and that one is only able to be re-trained with their service computer. 10 minute fix - service manager saw me pull in and came right out and handled it - did not even write a ticket .
All is well again
