Happy (understatement) to say, I picked up my Go Mango replacement Challenger today. FCA and my local dealership (Clovis Dodge) really stepped up. I had numerous issues with my 2015 and with only 2600 miles on it, they approved a 2016 replacement. They even were able to push through the Go Mango with carbon fiber stripes I wanted. The process and service was awesome!! IMG_2438.jpg Honestly, other than the 10 week wait, I could not have asked for better service and support. Chrysler/Dodge stepped up big time and really stood behind their car. The owners and staff at Clovis Dodge were awesome. I'm so pumped this is going to be the car I was looking for when I bought the first one last year. Got the windows tinted on the way home from the dealership and I'll post a few more pics tomorrow.

Great site and so much good information from everyone. I'm looking forward to participating a bit more on this go around. Didn't feel like posting much on the last one. Got treated right, new car, new attitude!

GRTZ! I am so glad that this has been resolved, that you are happy with the new Cat, and that you were treated well at the dealership! I am really sorry that you had so many problems with the first Hellcat, but I hope that you and that Go Mango beauty will live happily ever after! :)

    Congrats!
Glad to hear FCA stepped up and the local dealership supported getting your replacement. If you are happy, then it's a win all the way around!
Get your new one broken in and then drive it like you stole it!

    Congrats on the new ride!

How's the color look in person? Is it what you were expecting?

Sounds like they did the right thing. Welcome to the site. And I would add that you should post negative experiences so that others why those same issues can learn. Good luck with this one!

The color looks better than pics can show. It not sure how to describe as I'm partially color blind, but it's like a metallic creamsicle. A little more orange than that, but the metallic flakes pop!! I'll try to get a good pic up close in the sun.

Engine seized at 1300 miles due to super charger coolent leak into first cylinder. Replaced engine. A speaker was bad and passenger seat belt on backwards from the factory. After new engine, couldn't get the super charger coolent warning light to stop coming on even though it was fine. Right front sway bar came lose, but luckily caught it just rattling, not completely off. All of this within 2600 miles. My wife simply didn't feel safe riding in it and honestly, I lost confidence as well. Could drive it without being paranoid and listening, feeling and wondering at every noise or vibration. Anyway, I'm really proud of Dodge stepping up to make it right!!

I wouldn't want that car either. Too many things for just one car. Wow.

From your list of problems, I'm assuming your 2015 HC qualified as a "lemon" anyway, possibly triggering your right to return it for refund or replacement under applicable state law?

On your new 2016 Mango Cat, is it a May or June build?

I am glad you defined this. Because these are outright failures. Some people are really hard on things and their expectations are unrealistic. And they usually CRY the loudest. But in your case I feel you were humble, normal and justified. I am having zero issues with mine and the only thing is it occasionally would not recognize the SD card I had my music on. Switched to a mini flash drive and no issues after that. To tell the truth it could have been a bad SD card.

Dig the Go Mango and the stripes. I understand what you are saying about the color. The pearl kind of changes the color at different light exposure and distances. Sublime Pearl and Plumb Crazy Pearl are similar. ANd the stripes set it off ! BAM !
