Not picking on anyone here or this site at all as this is prevalent everywhere even with some experienced people. When I hear or see the term RPM's said or in print it just puzzles me? It is not REVOLUTION PER MINUTES but RevolutionS Per Minute. So I guess R'sPM or just RPM would be better. Just a crappy snowy April, Monday morning rant.

Too many commas are better than not enough commas.

Or the distinction between "I helped my Uncle Jack, off a horse" and "I helped my uncle jack off a horse"

Hey, there's probably some Mustang guys that would like to see your uncle jack off a horse, just saying.

image.jpg If you see any anti gun dems, slap this on their Prius. See? "Can't we all just get along?"
Yeah, I hate snow in April, too.

I had a teacher who was a grammar Nazi. I had her liver with some fava beans and a nice chianti. Grandma, not so much.

Ok, I will set you up. How long have you had it? Not making light of your injury. Just trying to lighten your mood.

Been dealing with it since I was in my 20's. Got to the point it was every 9 months it would lay me up for a week. Strangely, golf has helped strengthen it, so is less severe with fewer "bad" episodes.

Could feel it wasn't right yesterday, so stopped after 9...then did stretches after a hot shower this morning and slipped it out.

Luckily, iced it and did the Makenzie exercises again and it went back in. Able to stand and walk around again. About an hour until I go see the chiropractor to make sure things keep heading the right direction. Then will do more nothing with the occasional ice session the rest of the day and cross fingers I can go to work tomorrow.

I have a troublesome back, too. What are the "Makenzie" exercises you've mentioned?

Low back? If so, look up "treat your own low back" by Robin Mckenzie, New Zealand chiropractor. Works wonders if you do it religiously.
