My second time out was with MT DR's , 275 40 17's and boy what a difference from last week. My best run was an 11.52 @ 121. Had a good time, there was one other Cat and a few Scat Packs, the other hellcat was consistently 11.8 until he asked what i was doing different. He ran without the air filter and pulled a 11.61. Track is at 5,300 ft , the DA was 6,000 - 6,700 ft; so real happy with my results . My runs were as follows:

    Transmission - Track
    Suspension - Street
    Traction - Sport
Stock air box with filter removed
    MT DR's 275 40 17 @ 18psi

Nice job! Did you turn off the traction completely by holding it down for 5 seconds while stopped? Because in track traction mode it's still on a bit and slightly holding you back.

Turned off traction just for the burn out and right back to SPORT traction. Do you think I will have better results with traction OFF?

This has been discussed in other theeads. It's not 100% off in sport or track mode. Only after holding the button for 5 seconds it will disable both traction and stability control 100%. And I can feel it cutting power slightly on mine unless it's 100% off.

Fits without any other modification? Hellcat has 5 X 115mm bolt pattern.

    Bolt Pattern: 5x4.5" (5x114.3mm)

I had to open up the inner hub with a grinding wheel. But the bolt pattern was an exact match.

Op. A8 or m6. They are great times for m6, very good actually. Nice set up and even better job. Good fun

I have an A8, it's my altitude that kills me. Curious what I'd run at sea level.

Gotcha thanks for the original post. People talk abt times a lot but most never post slips. Altitude would make that much of a difference?

Yes Sir at 5,000 ft my max boost it 8-9 psi and max horse power is 580-600. Im losing 100 hp compared to those that run at lower altitudes.
