So my Cat is about ready for an oil change.. Do you guys give them the black key at the dealership when you take it in for stuff like this?

If you don't trust them then yes....or you might put it in valet mode.

I make an appointment and wait for it. I give them the red key and have not heard them doing donuts on the shop floor.

For an oil change black key + valet mode. That is the only use for the black key IMO.

No service oil change of my Hellcat at any dealership. Do you realize your turning your car over to the newest, youngest, and lowest paid person at the dealership. No thanks

It's actually pretty easy to do. Even draining the cooler was easy. I did mine myself. Really don't trust anyone with it.

That's my plan as well, have always done my own oil changes. Did you use ramps or do you have access to a lift? Need to see if there is enough clearance for my fat ass to slide under there and get the belly plates off LOL.

Your solution is a low profile jack and jack stands. You will be able to do it, good luck.

Yep that's what I used. A low profile jack and jack stands. Lots of room.

Thanks guys, I'm making it happen today. At 1500 miles and I just can't stand the thought of someone being sloppy with an oil change on my car.
