FYI... was curious so I called to inquire...

Well...Ms. Biancca says no, the correct price is +$15k ADM then she hand's me off to Reggie, the sales mgr, who says sorry, that internet price is incorrect. The correct price is +$10k ADM... Who knows...maybe call back tomorrow and get a different price??

I have seen several around here with dealer web sites saying they are 3k to 6k below MSRP. In this area some of the ads automatically calculate an employee discount apparently but the cars are not being sold at less than MSRP if you call the dealer.

Sorry guys, was just trying to pass on a potential deal. Told my buddy and he said to ask for Frank Frank, who he claims will get it done.

I saw the same type of internet ad a month or so ago from a dealer in Nebraska. Ad listed it as 2k under. When I inquired they said no, it's actually 10k over MSRP. Made me feel good when I got mine for MSRP a few weeks before that from a dealer in Ohio. Dealers in Nebraska and Colorado still think there are unschooled Hellcat buyers out there. Maybe there are. Hopefully no one on this site is still paying over MSRP.

There should be some law or penalty for false advertising....seems like a ploy to generate calls. Typical bait and switch. What happened to if you advertise it, you honor it?

I could have told you it wasn't true! I've dealt with them before. I bought my 2011 392 from them and got a decent deal on that car because it was towards the end of the 2011 model year, so I figured I'd try them again...

Low and behold when I was hunting for a Hellcat, they advertised a Torred A8 on their website back in January at MSRP.....I didn't believe it so I emailed thier "Internet sales" person and she confirmed it. So I printed the email that said it was selling at MSRP and took the hour long drive down there just to discover that they made a "mistake", and there was no way they could honor that price.

So I showed the manager THIER email, and I said "so you're telling me you won't honor YOUR OWN PRICE"?

.....Same deal - they wanted 10K ADM over, and offered me a ripoff trade-in value for my 392 with less than 12K miles on it. And oh, they did call me a week later and offered to "meet me halfway"...I asked what that was and they dropped the ADM down to 5K over and still stuck with the ripoff trade-in value on my 392 (they would only offer 6K UNDER KBB for dealer trade-in) - Car looked like brand new...even still had the new car smell!!

So much for appreciating return customers. I'll NEVER go back there again.

They need to go out of business for their seedy dealings. Whenever I hear about anyone I know of hunting for a Chrysler product, I tell all of them...DON'T GO TO SHERMAN DODGE IN SKOKIE!!

Just avoid Sherman Dodge clearly they are shady. There are reputable dealers out there. Seems MSRP is fair to most. Besides you want to have a good relationship with the dealer for service after the sale.

LOL don't even waste your time with this dealership, shady is an understatement. They have way too much inventory and not enough space on their property or lots, they have cars parked everywhere, even in mud. Cars are parked like sardines and leave all their HC's outside in the rain. I'm a UPS driver and this dealership is on my route I went by last week to see the purple HC and it looked like someone took it off roading it was very dirty and muddy. Who wants to pay 75k for a car driven through mud?

Got a friend they gave the run around for weeks until he got fed up and went to a honest dealer Dupage Dodge and ordered one for 3K off MSRP, they also found him a 1.5 interest rate. Car is in Ohio should be in Chicago by Friday. He just joined the site I'm sure he'll chime in on Sherman Dodge.
