Does anyone know if a cup/bottle in the cupholder gets in the way of your arm with the six speed in the hellcat? The cupholder is right in between the armrest and the shift lever.

In that post on here from yesterday or today about an AutoWeek review, one of the reviewers commented that one of the very few complaints that he had was that the armrest wasn't long enough to cover your elbow when shifting to odd gears, that his elbow ended up over the cup holder. FWIW.

My armrest slides forward in my 12' thought that was a nice feature, don't know why they would change that. Hope not !!

Do bottles ever get in the way of your arm?

No but the cup holders are kinda on the right side of the console, the new console, they are more behind the stick than in mine.
Hey no drinking in my hellcat anyways!!!!!

If it's a threat, I'll just use one of the many anti-spill water bottles, where you can just bite down or pull a stopper with your teeth to sip, and not have to worry about the high-G turns spillin' it or if your elbow bumps it during the ever-aggressive shifts, tee hee!
