    Hey All,
Yesterday, I took my Hellcat to True Street Performance in West Babylon, NY to have one of our three prototype catback exhaust kits installed on my Hellcat. I am testing the loudest kit we will offer, and this is the final stages prototype. I will list a few of the facts about it below. Enjoy! We should have these soon and plan on becoming a vendor here:)

    • Full 3" mandrel bent stainless steel pipe
    • The kit in this video is X-pipe only version. The other versions will have our short and long Mach X mufflers. Both of those version have an internal X pipe built inside the muffler. The mufflers are T304 polished stainless steel.
    • 100% bolt on installation
    • Comes with all hardware needed
    • Retains use of OEM tips by removing ball clamps on OEM tips and reusing them on ours. Chrysler has put a small weld on each tip clamp. A wheel can be used to break that small weld.
    • Active Exhaust Valves: You have two choices here. You can remove the valves completely and tune out the CEL or we will provided a return labeled box. You would cut out the section of pipe with valves in it, label passenger and drivers side, and send back to us in box we provide. We will retro the valves into a bolt in piece for our kit. Swap it back in, plug back in the harnesses, and CEL is gone and valves will be active. In this video, the valves are completely removed (I am having mine retro'd to be put back in).
    • J pipes included, which cancel out the drone. No highway drone at all!
Interesting Fact: When removing the OEM exhaust, I had a failure in the OEM weld at the X pipe with only 3500 miles! The OEM weld at the X pipe is terribly sloppy!

Other Mods: The only other modification the car has is the BWoody Performance CAI.

Notice the crack below in the sloppy OEM weld.

Until valves come back from being retrofitted, we shrink wrapped the sensors and zip tied them up

Here's a video when we backed the car out of the shop, so you can hear the idle once it came up to operating temperatures.

Very nice. What are the performance gains? Are you reusing the OEM CATS?

    The
they help with Drone and are adjustable so you can tune out the drone, had them on my WK1 srt-8 Jeep, worked flawlessly!

Yes, those are our tunable J pipes. They do not affect flow or tone. Their sole job is to eliminate drone. They are capped off at the end. We preset them from our shop, so no need to adjust. They swivel up and out of sight. Sound waves enter the J pipes, bounce off the end cap, and collide with the exhaust stream eliminating certain frequencies. When we test our kits, we measure where the drone frequency is, and design the J pipes to eliminate that particular drone frequency. Although we preset them, we make them adjustable as well. This is for someone who possibly adds headers, eliminates cats, or something along those lines that can change the drone frequency. They can then be adjusted like a trombone (sliding in and out) to eliminate the new drone frequency. I hope this helps!

They work! The kit I have on the car now has no mufflers or resonators…just an X pipe, and the car is near OEM cruising on the highway with absolutely no drone at all.

Thanks very much! It's getting better and better as I drive it and it breaks in as well. I fell in love all over again! Valves go back in Wednesday before tuning, so she will be code free!
