Got a little snow here in north Texas - roads have been crap the past week or so with ice and all the dirt but I've been driving the wheels off this thing anyway.

I know its a shame to get it all dirty but i couldn't help myself!

And a big hello to everyone on the site!

Another North Texas feller! Welcome brother! Are you in DFW? There are surprisingly few of us here. I'm in Arlington, bought my Cat from Clay Cooley in Irving.

I've had the dealers do my last few vehicles. I'd feel better getting their recommendation and using a shop they run a lot of cars though (more experience, right?) rather than taking a shot in the dark.

I'm still debating if I'm going to tint the HC, so I might be asking who you used in a few months.

Well I am here also! Please take note that unfortunately the geniuses here are now using salt in conjunction with sand on the roads! Rust will be an issue for now on, something I never thought would be a problem here since we get so few days like this. Already seeing rust pop up on metal bottom sections on my car-lift. Make sure to take your 'Cat to a hand wash, and shower the suspension, and bottom of your car like there's not tomorrow! I could actually taste the salt in the air after the roads dried up somewhat! Really does anyone really think it is good to ad more chemicals to our roads?! Ugghhhhh hate it!:mad:

My only worry is since the window moves alot when you open the door etc that a tint shop wont do it correctly and it will come off.

Probably me just worrying too much about something small but still.
