Today is my 241st day with a VON !!
My dealer has been "allocated" one car since last July when I placed my order, 3 orders still ahead of mine and 6 months production left.
Under the new "allocation" rules my dealer should see a MAXIMUM of 6 more cars assuming the planets align and they meet dodges criteria for "allocation". And that is also assuming there are no parts shortages or other hiccups along the way........
Except I'm in Canada and Canada doesn't seem to be able to deliver cars or info too customers......
The warranty is a joke for a car made in this country! 60,000kms vs USA 160,000km drivetrain warranty, funny how the car magically gains 100,000kms of warranty crossing a border!
No SRT experience with purchase for CANADIANS
God forbid you put your car on a racetrack, now you have No Warranty!!

It's getting harder by the day to stick this out. Thursday next week marks the start of my 9th month with a VON. Considering the pace these cars are being delivered in Canada doubt I would see my order filled this year after being told spring delivery last year.

No way in hell am I waiting for a 2016

Seriously considering using my deposit money to procharge my 69 and just say the hell with all of this.....

If another friend, co worker or family member asks when my car is coming you'll see me on the 6oclock news!!!
How the #^%* do I know when it's coming dodge hasn't seen fit to acknowledge my business after almost 9 months

If I knew then what I know now I NEVER NEVER NEVER would have ordered this car.

FCA has lost all future business with me, I know. I know ..... Who cares....

I'm nearing that line myself. I wanted B5 and none of the other colors interest me. Dodge's color selection sucks when they bacically have 2 of each color, and then an impact color.

Other than that, I've voiced my viewpoint a 1000 times.

Yes things have changed since 1974. The manufacturers and government discourage it.

Soo much red tape, it actually costs more and you have no warranty.

They did a documentary about it a few years ago. It can be argued if you want one bad enough just pay the premium to import it but the big thing is the warranty. While you may not use it, there is the possibility a computer goes bad. I had a new 2011 charger and at about 800kms(500 miles) it would not start and it was a bad computer.

Well you could pro charge your '69 and see if the allocations of cars loosens up over the next year. They may have some great options and colors in the next year.
It sounds to me like you are being ( your deposit ) is "held hostage" and there is "no diplomatic negotiations" with them. Sadly its time to move on.:(
