    Hi,

I have speed adjusted volume control for the audio system turned OFF. But, it still clearly is adjusting the volume. Anyone else notice this with their Cats?

This is a bug in the software. Many have reported the same issue, both on '15s after some of the software updates and on '16s. I like the feature so I'm not worried about it.

Yep same here. Hate it. Someone here said that u can at least turn it off if you do it before u move the car. But u have to do it every time i guess. Thats as good as it gets atm.

Same on Dante ... I had it turned off and it stayed off until that last flash update. When I noticed it adjusting the volume again I turned it off, and it made no difference. I hope that Jimi does not do that when he arrives, because I find that feature annoying.

I asked and from what ive heard the 16's have the same annoying problem. Even after turning it off it stays on. But someone did say if you turn it on then off before you move the car it will stay off for that ride only. C'mon Dodge give us a corrected software flash...

Got it too. Not worth taking it in to the dealer.

Ok...at least I now know I am not losing my mind. I kept thinking the volume was going up and down...but when I checked the speed adjusted volume setting it was off.

It's been happening on mine. Honestly. The fact it can adjust like that makes me wonder why don't they have it on all the time. It feels depressing once the volume adjusts itself.

How a car this expensive has a problem like this? This is an easy fix, why Dodge doesn't fix it? It seems Dodge doesn't care about making things right.

My 2016 had the same issue the first couple days I had it, and I tried turning it on and then off in the audio settings before moving the car and that seemed to work. On day three I forgot to mess with audio settings and it didn't matter because the volume stayed to same and is still working correctly a couple days later. Just to be clear the volume wasn't getting louder with increased speed and lowering when you slowed down. It was almost doing the opposite and would randomly raise and lower the volume, even when the car was sitting still....very annoying. Either way it seems to have fixed itself.
