Does anyone know of a email address to send tech questions on our Hellcats? My buddy is having the same issue as I am with only getting 630 hp MAX. Not sure if it cause of the PCM flash update or why it is only getting this low of HP? It even feels sluggish compared to a month and a half ago... Damn ZR1 kept up with me and that is just not acceptable-LOL!

Agree, dealer visit more than SRT email. If the dealer can't diagnosis they will contact SRT and work one on one with them, after all, they are the ones who are going to be fixing the issue regardless of what it is found as the culprit.

I have had the same problem. Dealer has to work with srt to resolve problem. Issue appears to be with the PCM update. Car is not as aggressive as previously. I drove the car with the service advisor inside and he agreed. Now comes the hard part to resolve the problem.

Is the gage in the car Where are you seeing that it is only getting 630 hp?
Is the gage in the car supposed to represent rear wheel horsepower or crank horse power?

According to engineering, there maybe something between the trans update and the PCM update... Car goes in Monday. I'll let you know what they find. Fastcat, the screen showed 683 HP before any updates and now only 630 plus the car is noticeable slower.

Exactly what I observed. Also SC "whine" is noticeably lower at lower rpm. Car will stay at dealership until resolved with engineering team (known as STAR in Dodge speak). If this is software in later production cars why don't they experience similar problems? Could it be specific to A8 built before March? Either way car is slower and now performs like a 392 with fresh air and cat back exhaust. I still don't know why automobile software changes cannot be reversed (like restore function on PC) ? Anybody have any ideas?

they won't diagnose anything via email, they will play the safe card and say, "take it to a certified SRT tech" (I've tried it with the front wheel clicking thing)

Results of dealer visit with PCM update. First tech did flash without battery charger connected so as to maintain 13.2 volts during flash. Viper tech reflashed PCM with battery charger connected and car appears to perform as normal. Will test fully tomorrow. Also the latest uconnect update must be made or else disconnecting a device from aux port in console will cause amp to shut down.

I've flashed PCMs as low as 11.3V without issue. pretty sure voltage needs to drop below 10V to cause the flash to fail.
