Is anyone else besides me still having stereo issues with their Charger? (Or Challenger?). I've had issues from the start, first with the problem pertaining to the amp wiring we all know about, and then with having speakers replaced that were blown due to said amp problems. I've been back into Dodge at least six or seven times (it's back there today) to have speakers looked at and/or replaced (they've replaced 8 of the 19 speakers so far). Every time I go to the dealership, I have to explain *again* what the problem is...and they act like they don't see it? Today the service guy told me to go buy Dynamat. I told him that wasn't happening. I paid $2,000 for a stereo, I should *not* have to go out and buy Dynamat to make it sound good!

So yeah, even after 9 months with the car, my stereo issues have continued. It sounds like garbage if you turn it above 15 with the bass up, however, the system in tsc's Challenger sounds amazing in comparison...

I know I've complained about this here before, but I'm just wondering if anyone else is still having issues. Or if you *did* have issues, how they were resolved? How can I get the dealership, or even Dodge, to actually pay attention and fix the problem??

There has been a few recent threads "past few days" about a new software update that seems to correct all the issues , people have been posting really good responses after having the updates done

No problem. Seems to be conflicting info...I guess I'll find out when I go pick up my car this afternoon whether or not they did a flash on the amp.

the rrt says its for challengers but Id print out a copy and plead with the service guys to JUST TRY IT!!!! because it works wonders on mine. The volume at 39 before is now what I have at maybe 20. At full blast it actually sounds like 1000 watt stereo

I had ours updated Monday and was told that this update had to be done by the service Dept. as was not able to be downloaded online.
We called SRT and they set it up with our dealer.
I can not believe how great the sound is now.
So maybe call the SRT and complain! And see if that helps.

The amp flash for the charger is still the one released in May, and the system still blows even with the flash.

I'm about to drop my Cat off because the rear speakers keep rattling. I had to adjust the sound away from the rears but I shouldn't have to do that.

I just got an update today when I went to the dealer. Not the TSB from May, but a different one and the system sounds much better. I have a charger as well.

Update came out 10-28-15. It is a flash update. Not the one that came out months ago. Has something to do with the amp being too low..Do a search you should be able to find it. The number is RRT 15-102 Poor Speaker Performance (Challenger)
