this dipstick can't read the dipstick

    So the oil dipstick is something like I've never seen. It doesn't have a fill line or anything, just a little 3/4" knob thingymabob... Is the oil line suppose to be all the way to the top of that or just anywhere on it?

    Help a newb out please lol

    It's good. The top of the little x is max fill. Well within range. Crazy little bugger right. Took me a few to figure it out too!:D

    The shaded section with x's is okay so the top of them is full

    As you can imagine, I walked through my car with a fine tooth comb with the tech and made sure I knew everything I should about my Hellbaby! When I pulled my dipstick at around 700 miles, it was barely reading oil on the stick and it was 1.5 quarts low. That gives you an idea, the xxx are about a quart or little over.

    My understanding is that from the bottom of the x to the top of the x represents 1 litre
