They are using crank #'s due to that is what everybody is talking about with the 707hp that Dodge is stating which is way underrated. Their dyno sheets and video's show wheel #'s.

Thought so, numbers are just that as each dyno gives something different, I find it kind of funny that they use a calculated number for fly wheel to imply a large number. Any intention on racing this car or just a dyno queen?

Not sure how 733 rwhp is 916 fwhp (20% loss) it is actually more like 862 fwhp (15% loss). Either way nice gains, what were the mods and cost to do this?

He will race with anyone that puts their money where their mouth is!! Every shop out there will estimate what's at the crank since all cars have drive train loss which is 20% with an automatic transmission, and I do recall they have actual whp dyno #'s posted in the video.

Stage 1 they modify ecu for tuning, replace the plugs with Brisk spark plugs, 160 degree thermostat, and custom tune.
Stage 2 adds a ATI 10% over drive crank pulley.
Stage 3 adds ARH Headers with either High flow Cats or Deletes
Posts on here for Stages 2-3 their doing are on here as well.

Your the first to show crank Hp which is a pure guess but I sure hope he is going to run the car after spending a few bucks,LOL. I'll be at Byron every other weekend come on over and we'll make a few pass's.

If you dyno a car and it makes, say 640HP at the tires, most will accept that the drivetrain consumes about 20% of the engine's output. In this instance the engine would be estimated at 768 flywheel HP.
Why do most also assume that as engine output increases as a result of modifications, that the drivetrain loss is still 20% of this larger HP number?
The drivetrain loss does not increase as output does. The commonly-accepted math is flawed.

Not a criticism of your thread, OP. Just pointing this out to others to make them aware of the oversimplification of the math.
Very nice car, BTW, and nicely-done video.

Good point Rick, this is why no one really uses a crank number unless it's being done on a engine dyno, at least in using a chassis dyno you can get a measurement and see what changes do, a tool only not a muscle flexing device,LOL

BTW, how long for the pulleys Rick?
