I got a catch can from JLT Performance, there was a very minor fit issue that I was concerned about. I called them, spoke to Vinny, he sent out a new part that day and took care of me on the spot!
Then he followed up with an email to make sure I was happy. In a day and time where great customer service and professionalism seems to be forgotten, these guys still get it right!!!
+ 1 for JLT and Vinny!!
    THANKS!!!

Thx J4F, I have JLT's separators on my GT500 and the last time I checked their site they weren't available yet for the Hellcat. Just spoke to Vinny and placed my order, also mentioned your post. Jay Tucker makes great products!

This item should not have any effect on warranty. If the dealer you go to balks (not saying they will) then you probably need a new dealer. The catch can is only keeping oil out of the intake. No other side effects or anything bad that is going to cause other problems.

Now, why install another separator? According to this video there is one already built in

There is one built in but apparently it doesn't work as well as it could as the JLT units are catching oil.

You would think they could build a good one in the valve cover that sends the oil back into the motor. I wonder why that hasn't been done (the stock one probably does exactly this but again it doesn't seem to work as well as it should based on what we see the JLT catching)

Mine caught over a tablespoon in 150 miles that included 12 1/8 mile runs.
