    Hmmm,

no more torque management issues but might as well chuck the IRS out and stock fuel tank and install ford 9 inch or dana 60, hmmm, that sounds like a drag pak, supercharged hemi, with a turbo 400 and Ford 9 inch, yep, that is a drag pak.

I had the same thought, however, there is a rumor that TCM software in beta version has been released. Now is TCM can be tuned, now that might be a game changer, who knows. The ZF 8HP90 can take a beating.

Please let us know how it goes, to keep the cat a good cruiser going to need a gear vendors overdrive, at least that is what I am thinking because going to have to put some gear in the rear with a turbo 400.

Well Cole that was the goal was do bypass the torque management issues and also to have something that will be strong enough to handle all of the power that we are going to throw at it. I do have a DSS 9in rear end and we will test the limits of that IRS for sure. I will keep you updated for sure.

Did you car come with an A8 or M6? If A8, how do you get past all the sensors on the hardware side and all the TCM programming on the software side? By that I mean, at a minimum you will throw a CEL. Do you just plan to turn things off in the tune? Which leads me to the question: are you tuned on HPTuners or Diablosport? HPT just released the new version of their VCM suite (version 3.4) on November 16th. cole3986 is that the TCM software you were referring to?

Oh, and NOW you can have much lighter high stall converter and shift at whatever RPM you want. The converter and lower numerically starting line ratio will make a huge difference. That is some of the BEST stuff made. ATI rocks.

Thank you looking forward to seeing what this beast will do without the restrictions of the stock transmission and associated software challenges
