A shot of the new ‪‎srt‬ trunk install. The middle part houses the Audison Bit One, kind of hard to see because of the lights but clearer in real life. To the left and right of it and the subwoofer was supposed to be painted sublime green to match the car... but ran out of time getting it ready for Spring Festival in cali next week.

If you see the dips in the trim I tried to implement the dip that was in the spoiler of the Dodge Challenger. That was Vic's idea (i think lol) and then we have the raised ‪#‎Mopar‬ M's (my idea) covered in suede to the side of the sub.

The rest of what you see is a Focal 900.6 powering my Focan KRX3 3-way components in the front and a Focal 900.1 to power the Focal 33KX 13" sub all tied together using the Audison.

To be honest I was just wanting it to be done so i picked a simple set up, but this came out better than I thought it would.... part of me thought it would be too simple.

Now we just have to get it tuned... then on to the new exhaust and then on to Houston to meet up with my SpaceCityLX friends for the caravan to los angeles and ‪#‎sf11‬

and the fronts just in case you missed it...

Looks great! How does it sound? How many watts and what was the cost including installation?

it still needs hours of tuning with the Audison Bit One microphone but already sounds really good.

The Focal 900.6 provides 150x6 to my front Focal Components (KRX3). So each tweeter, midrange and mid bass gets its own dedicated channel and 150 watts to use.

The Focal 900.1 is providing 500 watts to the Focal 33kx subwoofer.

I put links in the above post to give you more details on the components.

    Focal 165 krx3 3-ways - $1500
    Focal 33kx - $750
    Focal 900.6 - $700
    Focal 900.1 - 600
    Audison bit one $750

So $4300 in equipment plus taxes...

Installation of the fronts ran about $1400 including door deadening, a-pillars and HDPE custom door trim. Trunk was another $1500 for deadening, lights, audison tuning, ect... all done by an authorized Focal dealer.

Also lost $500 on the front a pillars because the first shop did such a piss poor job I had to find a new place and $500 because I blew my first set of door speakers somehow...

And taxes, wires, ect.... sooo... im all in at about $8500 I think.

Gawd... it hurts real bad to think i spent $8500 on a set of front speakers and 1 sub... lol

If it brings you a lifetime of amazing sounding tunes in your Hellcat, then it is worth it. I had a competition system in my mid-20's, so I can really appreciate fine work, which this is. Focal makes some great speakers and amps.

Sound quality is costly but it's so worth the money when you sit in your vehicle and it sounds like your sitting in the middle of a live concert. ;)

Focal systems are amazing. I had a $5,000 setup I had installed in my old Caddy CTS. It sounded amazing. Installed by my buddies at Ultra Auto Sound in Mississauga Ontario.

Doc Fluty awesome setup, what speakers did you use for the rear panels? What do you recommend if one doesn't want to spend as much as you did but keeps blowing the stock rear speakers?
