How about FCA boss goes undercover in his franchises. With the hit show undercover boss. I bet he finds a lot people in the factories that need a little extra push financially, hard working men and women. He would find a lot of suprises

    What do you guys think???

I think they should send one in as a hellcat customer here in Canada,
And open their eyes to the buying experience.
    Unpleasant comes to mind....

This would be a very interesting episode especially during 2015 with the Hellcat. The markups, no one knowing if they'd get a car, dealers having no info on status and only RS online was able to help people. The whole system was clueless.

    I think it's a great idea.

Even better, like said above, send these guys out to their dealer network to experience it first hand. I know the dealers are not part of FCA but.....

The undercover boss's head will explode when he finds out how uneducated the dealers are about their products. And I don't just mean Hellcats. I'm sure it's the same with all models. That would assume the boss knows all the features of the product, which I doubt he does. So it would end up being a waste of time.

FCA knows how uneducated and horrible their dealers are. There is nothing they can do because they let the dealership "union" have so much power.

There is an employee at Brampton plant, which works on the LX Platform
Who placed an order in December of 2015
at an Ontario Dealership and he cancelled his order Last week,
Because he got tired of waiting.
Doesn't that say their system is totally fried and out of touch
With any kind of customer "Care" or Concern ?
