If you want your engine to last longer, the answer is no. PCV stand for Positive Crankcase Ventilation. Regardless of how good your rings are, some combustion by-product will get by and into the crankcase. These gases will mix with moisture in the air in the crankcase and form acids. Other components will form sludge.

The breather allows crank case pressure that accumulates in supercharged applications to vent, keeping oil temps down, protecting engine seals, and reducing pumping losses.
Our breather includes a one-way valve so that outside air cannot be drawn into the breather, and so the tune remains unaffected.
We developed these years ago, for the Buick Grand National, and found that there were benefits in nearly all applications, but especially those with forced induction.
You certainly do not NEED one, but we use one on every one of our cars.
