    Hi All,

I have a 2016 Hellcat Challenger M6 with only 1,000 miles. About 100 miles ago I started to feel this vibration/grinding feeling under my feet by the pedals when I'm in 1 to 3 gears between 2500-3000 RPMs. Has anyone experience this issue? If so what's the cause and fix. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Alex

Have you made any modifications to the car? Does the vibration/grinding only happen when you're in gear?

The only thing that I did was the muffler delete, but that was at 68 miles, this started happening at 800 miles. Yeah, only happens when I'm in gear.

Hard to say for sure - could be a bearing or bushing, or something wrong with the flywheel. With so few miles, I'd take it to the dealer. Good luck.

It does sound like something in the manual transmission. I got lucky and found that all the grease had run out of one of the rear CV boots before something broke. I would get it in ASAP.

You may want to make sure when they did the mid muffler delete and that it's not rubbing on your drive shaft. That will create what your feeling. It could have came just a tad lose over time and is now rubbing on floor board or drive shaft. Had this happen on my GT 500.

I had similar issue to your description. I change DS and my DS was touching exhaust. I used hammer then vibration/grinding noise went away. However, I still notice small grinding/rubbing once in while (heat shield was touching exhaust pipe). Based on input, I received on the forum today, I removed the heat shield between exhaust and DS (car is running smooth so far)

hoping that Dealer can fix OP issue quickly

Dealer says that they don't notice anything different...I haven't had a chance to stop by and drive the car with them in it.
