Long story short the Dealer hosed me on the Satin Black Hood option I wanted so I'm looking to purchase if any one has one or knows where I can get a OEM.

you could save yourself a lot of scratch by getting a vinyl wrap.. and its removable and less maint. hoods are 800-1000 on fleabay

For what they want for that hood option, you could wrap it about 4 or 5 times.

Also you'll still have a nice hood underside in body color along with the hinges.

Just make sure you check out the difference between matte and satin vinyl. Satin has a bit more gloss/shine to it.

Why not do as I done. Went to dodge parts and ordered a factory hood for 800.00. took to Dodge body shop and had them shoot hot rod satin black (Dupont) paint and that cost with paint and install was 500.00. Looks better that my red car with factory hood.

This is the route I am going. A wrap provides some additional protection from paint chips, etc as well.

If you absolutely MUST have a (painted) satin black hood, you can get any decent local body shop to do it.

I would just bring them the hood and have them scuff and shoot it (which is exactly what FCA does - they spray satin black over the existing color and clearcoat).

By bringing them just the hood you can avoid leaving the car at the body shop and having to worry about it....

I just checked cost in Indianapolis for 3M or Avery material. Installed is 300.00 which is not bad if wrap is your choice. Installer said 2 hours.

Ruger.......thanks a ton for the information. This was a gift from my wife and she was speechless when it showed up with the wrong hood.
